Tailwind Movers ("Tailwind Movers," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, tailwindmovers.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Tailwind Movers is a licensed & insured moving and storage company (FL IM# 4199) based at 3950 34th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711, serving the greater Tampa Bay area.

2. Information We Collect

We keep the information we collect through this Site to a minimum:

• Information you give us directly. If you call (727) 600-1073 or email sales@tailwindmovers.com, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, and information about your move.
• Quote requests. When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you enter — your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email, ZIP or city, timing, the service you need, and any details you give us about the job. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider and stored in our customer relationship management system so we can follow up with your quote. The vendors involved are listed in Section 4 below.
• Automatically collected information. A few elements on this Site load resources from third parties, which may collect limited technical information (like your IP address and browsing activity on this Site):
  • Google Ads (conversion tracking). We use a Google Ads tag to measure the performance of our ad campaigns — for example, whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to request a quote. This uses cookies and may associate your visit with an ad click. You can review or opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's font library.
  • Google Maps — the embedded map in our "Find Us" section.
  Google's own privacy policy governs data handled through these services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
• Schedule and coordinate your move
• Communicate with you about your service
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
• Improve our services

We do not sell your personal information. Aside from the Google services disclosed above, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of vendors to run this Site and respond to your requests. Each processes your information on our behalf and under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify — hosts this Site and receives quote-form submissions.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — our customer relationship management system, where we store and follow up on your quote request.
• Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads, for measuring Site traffic and advertising performance.
• Meta — the Meta Pixel, for measuring the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Text Messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, or otherwise give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Tailwind Movers about your quote, your scheduled job, and related service updates.

• Message frequency varies based on your request and your job.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (727) 600-1073.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• Contact us at sales@tailwindmovers.com or (727) 600-1073 at any time to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it — we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
• You can opt out of future communications from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or letting us know by phone.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
